Arrow School For Men’s 2026 Encampment is designed for young men ages 11-17 to experience the thrill of the outdoors while being equipped in mind, body, and spirit.
Through powerful teaching, intense physical activity, and intentional mentorship — including time with fathers and seasoned leaders — campers are invited to step into their God-given identity as men.

Training opportunity
Our Training Opportunity is a hands-on discipleship and leadership experience for young men ready to grow in maturity, discipline, and purpose.
You would work alongside our trusted small business partners—Liberty Mine & Mill and Epic Structures—gaining real-world job experience while deepening their walk with Christ.
In addition, participants help prepare for our summer encampments, taking on key roles in planning, logistics, and spiritual leadership.
This is a season of sharpening—forging men who are ready to lead, serve, and answer God’s call.
Who We Are
Arrow School for Men is a Christian encampment ministry that challenges young men to rise into biblical manhood through outdoor adventure, intentional discipleship, and spiritual formation.
Founded by Zach Miller and inspired by Psalm 127:4, we believe boys become men through hardship, mentorship, and calling—not passivity.
Every summer, we host immersive camps where young men are guided by seasoned leaders, including fathers, veterans, and ministry mentors, to grow mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Our goal is to forge a generation of men who respond to God’s call with courage, integrity, and purpose.
